Food Safety Training for Administration (Level 3)


This course meets intelle learn Training Level 3 standards.

This course is run as a public course or can be run on site / in house if preferred.

Who is it for?

This course is suitable for managers or supervisors in the food business.
"The food business operator is responsible for supervising and training the staff. In the food business, promoting a culture of food security is essential to ensure that staff are aware of the importance of good practices, the restrictions they impose, and the risks involved in handling them.

Course Description

The course will be tailored to meet your business needs and will include:

Essential Skills Before Administrative Training, ie. FSAI Food Safety Training Level 1: Induction Skills and Level 2: Extra Skills
Microbiological hazard
Chemical hazard
Physical hazard
Allergy management
Hygiene staff
Structural hygiene
Operational hygiene
Food Safety Management
Staff Training and Management Certification
Certification:
On successful completion of the test papers, the candidates will be certified by Food Safety Management Consultants. This certificate is valid for 3 years.


Note: Experience level and previous training will be taken into consideration and may need to be run in more days.

All participants must have completed the 2 Food High Gene Training Course.
